Codes for image preparation and MobileNet CNN

The following Python scripts are used for automatic image classification of radiolarians or more specifically from closely related species of the genus Podocyrtis by using the MobileNet version 1 convolutional neural network (CNN) by Carlsson et al., 2022. The first file consists of a script that rotate images into the same angle and resize them into an equal size. The second file consist of a prediction script and the third one a MobileNet version 1 CNN script for training an image dataset.

以下Python脚本用于放射虫的自动图像分类，更具体地说，是利用Carlsson等人（2022）提出的MobileNet v1卷积神经网络（CNN）对Podocyrtis属近缘物种进行分类。第一个文件包含一个脚本，用于将图像旋转至同一角度并调整为相同尺寸。第二个文件包含预测脚本，第三个文件则是用于训练图像数据集的MobileNet v1 CNN脚本。
