资源简介:

This dataset supports the manuscript: “Strategy to step on obstacle during cross-country race to minimize overuse injury risk” The dataset contains finite element simulation models and processed results used to investigate biomechanical responses under different obstacle-stepping strategies. Specifically, the data include: LS-DYNA input files (.k) representing various stepping conditions (center, lateral, medial foot placement) Different ground interaction conditions (friction, neutral, slippery) Variations in joint laxity conditions (original, laxity33, laxity66) A processed results file (Result Data.xlsx) containing key outputs used in the analysis and figures These simulations were designed to evaluate how different stepping strategies influence mechanical loading and potential overuse injury risk during cross-country running. All files required to reproduce the computational results are provided. Simulations can be executed using LS-DYNA, and the processed results correspond directly to the findings reported in the associated manuscript. No personal or identifiable human subject data are included. All data are anonymized and publicly available in accordance with PLOS data sharing requirements.
