For the data to be made available online on the JABOT platform, for all the public, it was necessary to format the data of the arboretum species census, updating the information and collecting it for cataloging, such as: correct and current name of each species and family, author, vernacular, location data (longitude and latitude), coordinates, as well as habitat and habit. For this purpose, the original table provided by the author of the project was used, such as data and spreadsheets.

为使数据集可在JABOT平台面向公众上线发布，需对树木园（arboretum）物种普查数据开展格式标准化处理，同步更新并归集相关信息以完成编目工作，具体涵盖各物种及其所属科的规范现行名称、命名者、俗名、位置数据（含经度与纬度）、坐标，以及生境与生长习性。为此，我们采用了该项目原作者提供的原始表格、各类数据及电子数据表（spreadsheets）。
