We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of Nav1.8+ sensory neurons from DRG. Dorsal root ganglin (DRG) cells of naïve Nav1.8-Cre R26CAG-floxStop-tdTomato mice were FACS sorted according to the presence of tdTomato signal and analyzed using scRNAseq.

本研究采用单细胞RNA测序(single cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)技术,分析源自背根神经节(Dorsal root ganglion, DRG)的Nav1.8阳性感觉神经元的多样性。我们对未致敏(naïve)的Nav1.8-Cre R26CAG-floxStop-tdTomato小鼠的背根神经节细胞,依据tdTomato信号的存在情况进行荧光激活细胞分选(fluorescence-activated cell sorting, FACS),并通过scRNA-seq完成后续分析。
