XRD of TiO2 doped Au

These data contain results recorded during measurements of XRD performed for TiO2 deposited by Au nanoparticles through the magnetron sputtering method (deposition was performed 3 or 5 times) and Au deposited by the impregnation from HAuCl4 solution ( around 1 and 2 wt% of Au).

本数据集收录了针对两类样品开展X射线衍射（XRD）测试所得到的实验结果：第一类样品为通过磁控溅射法（magnetron sputtering）在二氧化钛（TiO₂）表面沉积金纳米颗粒所得的改性二氧化钛，金纳米颗粒的沉积次数为3次或5次；第二类样品为通过氯金酸（HAuCl₄）溶液浸渍法在二氧化钛表面负载金的样品，其金负载量约为1 wt%与2 wt%。
