A microarray experiment was performed to investigate changes in gene expression induced in the Huh7.5 hepatoma cell line following treatment for 24 hours with recombinant human Bone Morphogenetic Protein 6 (BMP6) (18 nM). Overall design: Total RNA extracted from HuH7.5 cells treated with 18nM BMP6 or Vehicle for 24 hours
