Mitogenomes

Alignment of mitogenomes for all individuals where greater than 5X average coverage was recovered. Note: Some GenBank sequences are included in this alignment. Also includes the newick tree and Geneious tree for the MrBayes and PHyML trees.

对所有平均覆盖度大于5倍的个体的线粒体基因组（mitogenomes）进行序列比对。注：本次序列比对中纳入了部分GenBank序列。本数据集同时包含适配MrBayes与PhyML分析的Newick树（Newick tree）以及Geneious构建的系统发育树。
