This dataset conducts statistical analysis on consumer data of wool product laundry service users in Shanxi Province. Based on the user portraits of historical order-placing users, user tags are formulated to classify user consumption tiers, providing data support for enterprises to set up intelligent shared self-service laundry pickup and delivery cabinets in cooperative laundry stores across Shanxi Province and develop advertising and marketing strategies, thereby helping enterprises accurately grasp market dynamics, improve customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.
1. Data Collection: Data is collected via the backend of the laundry platform, recording the number of wool product laundry sessions and corresponding consumption amounts (unit: Yuan) of users in Shanxi Province throughout 2023.
2. Data Processing: The proportion of wool product laundry consumption is calculated as (a user's laundry consumption amount / total laundry consumption amount) * 100%.
3. Data Classification: The proportion of each user's consumption in the total consumption is ranked in descending order. The ABCDEF classification method is adopted for consumption stratification: users with a proportion greater than or equal to 0.1% are categorized as "Class A Consumption"; those with a proportion ranging from 0.08% (inclusive) to 0.11% (exclusive) are "Class B Consumption"; those with a proportion between 0.06% (inclusive) and 0.08% (exclusive) are "Class C Consumption"; those between 0.04% (inclusive) and 0.06% (exclusive) are "Class D Consumption"; those between 0.02% (inclusive) and 0.04% (exclusive) are "Class E Consumption"; and those with a proportion below 0.02% are "Class F Consumption".
