microRNA profiling of human exosomes

In this study, we conducted next-generation sequencing (Ion Torrent PGM) and bioinformatics to characterize and compare the contents of exosomal miRNA derived from the plasma of CCA patients, O. viverrini-infected patients, and healthy individuals, as well as to identify and validate key molecules as markers for screening the diagnosis of CCA and O. viverrini infection.

本研究采用下一代测序（Ion Torrent PGM）技术与生物信息学方法，对胆管癌（CCA）患者、麝猫后睾吸虫（O. viverrini）感染者及健康个体血浆来源的外泌体微小RNA（exosomal miRNA）的组成进行表征与对比，并鉴定并验证可作为胆管癌与麝猫后睾吸虫感染筛查诊断标志物的关键分子。
