肺炎链球菌（Streptococcus pneumoniae）D39 ΔccpA菌株与D39野生型菌株在添加0.5%唾液酸（sialic acid）的M17培养基（SM17）中培养后的转录组（Transcriptome）比较分析。实验设计：采用单条件设计开展两菌株比较实验，包含染料互换（dye swap）流程。
