Sets of differentially represented pathways predicted with PICRUSt2 to be encoded in genomes of bacteria identified using DESeq2 in each experimental variant described in Golebiewski et al. "<b>Colonization of axenic beet by rhizosphere bacteria takes place in discreet phases regardless of bioinculation with next generation bioinoculant</b>". Files are in the tsv (tab separated values) format. Figures (SVG files) showing at most top 20 DRFs (differentially represented features) or ternary plots are also included. Experimental variants are contained in file names in the form of S/R/L.S1/S2.B/C/M.early/late, e.g. S.S1.B.late. S - soil samples, R - roots, L - leaves; S1 - soil 1, S2 - soil 2; B - genotype B (<i>B</i><i>eta vulgaris</i> ssp. <i>vulgaris</i> cv. 'Bravo'), C - genotype C (<i>B. vulgaris</i> ssp. <i>vulgaris</i> cv. 'Casino'), M - genotype M (<i>B. vulgaris</i> ssp. <i>maritima</i>); early - early status, late - late status. Name of the variable defining compared groups is included in filenames after an underscore, e.g. _Inoculation.
本数据集收录了Golebiewski等人在论文《根际细菌定殖无菌甜菜的过程不依赖新一代生物接种剂,均以离散阶段进行》中描述的各实验分组数据:针对每个实验分组,先通过DESeq2鉴定目标细菌,再利用PICRUSt2预测这些细菌基因组所编码的差异表征通路集合。数据集文件均采用TSV(制表符分隔值,tab separated values)格式。此外还包含最多展示前20个DRFs(差异表征特征,differentially represented features)或三元图的SVG格式图片文件。实验分组信息通过文件名进行标识,命名格式为S/R/L.S1/S2.B/C/M.early/late,示例为S.S1.B.late。其中各代号含义如下:S代表土壤样本,R代表根系样本,L代表叶片样本;S1为土壤1,S2为土壤2;B为基因型B(甜菜*Beta vulgaris* ssp. *vulgaris* 栽培品种‘Bravo’),C为基因型C(甜菜*Beta vulgaris* ssp. *vulgaris* 栽培品种‘Casino’),M为基因型M(甜菜*Beta vulgaris* ssp. *maritima*);early代表早期采样阶段,late代表晚期采样阶段。用于定义比较组的变量名称会以下划线为前缀附加在文件名中,例如_Inoculation。
