Texas Mussel Threat Impact Analysis

A data driven approach to Texas freshwater mussel NatureServe conservation rankings. These data provide summary and calculations of the Threat Impact analysis which is comprised of two components, scope and severity. Because population level data largely are non-existent for most mussel species, we attempted to quantify these metrics with life history data as a proxy for evaluating species resiliency to environmental threats.

针对德克萨斯淡水蚌类自然保护服务机构（NatureServe）保护等级评定的数据驱动研究方法。本数据集提供了由范围与严重性两大核心组分构成的威胁影响分析的汇总结果与计算值。鉴于多数淡水蚌类的种群水平数据几乎完全缺失，本研究尝试以生活史数据作为替代指标，量化上述两项指标以评估物种应对环境威胁的恢复力。
