We report RNA sequencing of single virus-infected neurons upstream of neurons producing corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH). Analyses of PRV-infected transcriptomes reveal neurons upstream of CRH neurons express diverse and a large variety of signaling molecules. The molecular identities of upstream neurons can be used to superimpose a molecular on neuroanatomical circuit maps. 本研究报道了针对位于表达促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(corticotropin-releasing hormone, CRH)的神经元上游的单个病毒感染神经元的RNA测序(RNA sequencing)分析结果。对伪狂犬病病毒(Pseudorabies virus, PRV)感染的转录组进行分析后发现,CRH神经元的上游神经元可表达种类丰富多样的信号分子。上游神经元的分子特征可用于将分子特征叠加至神经解剖环路图谱中。实验整体设计:鉴定神经环路中单个神经元组分的神经元信号分子。
