De novo sequencing and analysis for Strain NBRC 12467 of Gluconobacter sphaericus. Gluconobacter sphaericus

The project aims to sequence and analyse strain NBRC 12467 of Gluconobacter sphaericus. Assembly sequence was gained by de novo methods, subsequently regarding annotation information was produced by our genomic analysis pipeline. Further study will be carried out with these data.

本项目旨在对球形葡糖杆菌（Gluconobacter sphaericus）的NBRC 12467菌株进行测序与分析。研究通过从头组装方法获取该菌株的基因组组装序列，随后依托本团队的基因组分析流程生成了相关注释信息。后续将基于该数据集开展进一步研究。
