Merkel cells (MCs) are neuroendocrine touch sensors in the epidermis. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the differentiation of MCs in mouse skin. Overall design: GFP-expressing cells including MCs were isolated from the skin of Sox2-GFP and Gfi1-GFP reporter mice by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using scRNAseq.

梅克尔细胞(Merkel cells, MCs)是表皮中的神经内分泌触觉感受器。本研究采用单细胞RNA测序(single cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)技术分析小鼠皮肤内梅克尔细胞的分化过程。实验设计概述:通过荧光激活细胞分选(Fluorescence-activated cell sorting, FACS)从Sox2-GFP与Gfi1-GFP报告基因小鼠的皮肤中分离包含梅克尔细胞在内的表达绿色荧光蛋白的细胞,并利用单细胞RNA测序技术开展相关分析。
