The manuscript <strong>"Variation in crossover frequencies perturb crossover assurance without affecting meiotic chromosome segregation in <em>Saccharomyces cerevisiae</em>"</strong> has been submitted to Genetics journal. We have deposited all the processed files generated by analysing Whole Genome Sequencing data from 80 yeast tetrads in the S288c/YJM789 background (20 wild type, 38 <em>msh4-R676W</em>, 18 <em>msh4</em>-null, and 4 WT SK1 MSH4/5). Recombination analysis was carried out using ReCombine software, and the output files generated are included in this deposit. We have also uploaded an in house R script written to process the ReCombine output files into images used in the manuscript.

<strong>《<em>酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)</em>中交叉频率变异可扰动交叉保障却不影响减数分裂染色体分离》</strong>已提交至《Genetics》期刊。我们已将针对S288c/YJM789背景下80个酵母四分子(tetrads)的全基因组测序(Whole Genome Sequencing)数据进行分析所得到的全部处理后文件进行存档,其中包含20株野生型、38株msh4-R676W突变体、18株msh4-null敲除菌株,以及4株SK1背景的野生型MSH4/5菌株。重组分析采用ReCombine软件完成,本次存档中包含该软件生成的所有输出文件。此外,我们还上传了自研的R脚本,用于将ReCombine的输出文件处理为手稿中所用的图像。
