De novo sequencing and analysis for Strain NBRC 3990 of Gluconobacter roseus. Gluconobacter roseus

The project aims to sequence and analyse strain NBRC 3990 of Gluconobacter roseus. Assembly sequence was gained by de novo methods, subsequently regarding annotation information was produced by our genomic analysis pipeline. Further study will be carried out with these data.

本项目旨在对玫瑰色醋杆菌（Gluconobacter roseus）的NBRC 3990菌株开展测序与分析工作。研究采用从头（de novo）组装方法获得了该菌株的基因组组装序列，随后通过本实验室的基因组分析流程生成了相关注释信息。后续将基于上述数据集开展进一步的研究工作。
