AAV ChR2-eYFP recombination coordinates

Data and scripts to reconstruct AAV position in relation to the tip of the optical implant (Suppl. Fig 2). Matlab scripts read EXCEL files containing coordinates of cells (in inches) tagged with ImageJ. Midline height is in microns to convert data from inches to microns.

本数据集与配套脚本用于重建腺相关病毒（Adeno-associated virus，AAV）相对于光学植入物尖端的位置，对应补充图2（Suppl. Fig 2）。配套的MATLAB脚本可读取经ImageJ标记、包含细胞坐标（单位为英寸）的Excel文件。中线高度的单位为微米，用于将英寸单位的数据转换为微米单位。
本数据集关联Lemieux、Karimi与Bretzner撰写、目前处于返修阶段的学术论文"小鼠脊髓损伤后延髓网状核谷氨酸能神经元的功能可塑性"。
