重庆大气VOC浓度,数据收集时间:2007年12月,数据采集地点:重庆市北碚区西南大学综合楼楼顶。用专用采样罐采集大气样品,样品经过7100A预浓缩仪低温富集,解析后迅速注入GC。根据目标化合物的性质,利用Dean-Switch使绝大多数组分通过DB-624色谱柱(60m×0.25mm×1.8μm, J&W Scientific) 进行分离并利用质谱进行定量分析,另外8种C2~C4组分通过PLOT(AL/KCL)色谱柱(30m×0.25mm×3.0μm, J&W Scientific) 进行分离并进入FID进行检测。每日在分析样品之前以稀释不同浓度的Blake标气(包括0.5、1、2、4、8、16 ppbv)进行日校准工作。

Atmospheric Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) concentration dataset from Chongqing: The data was collected in December 2007 at the rooftop of the Comprehensive Building of Southwest University, Beibei District, Chongqing. Atmospheric samples were collected using dedicated sampling canisters. The samples were subjected to cryogenic enrichment by a 7100A preconcentrator, then rapidly injected into a gas chromatograph (GC) after thermal desorption. According to the properties of target compounds, most components were separated via a DB-624 chromatographic column (60m×0.25mm×1.8μm, J&W Scientific) with the aid of a Dean-Switch device, and quantitatively analyzed by mass spectrometry. Additionally, 8 C2~C4 components were separated using a PLOT (AL/KCL) chromatographic column (30m×0.25mm×3.0μm, J&W Scientific) and detected by a flame ionization detector (FID). Daily calibration was conducted prior to each day's sample analysis using diluted Blake standard gases with concentrations of 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8, and 16 ppbv, respectively.
