Human prostate cancer cells treated with shCSN5(sh37) or CSN5 inhibitior (CSN5i-3). Cells were treated with DMSO, 1uM (in C4-2), 5uM (in LNCaP, 22Rv1) or 10 uM (in PC3) CSN5i-3 for 48 hours. 本数据集的实验对象为经shCSN5(sh37)或CSN5抑制剂(CSN5i-3)处理的人前列腺癌细胞。实验处理方案如下:分别采用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、1μM(作用于C4-2细胞系)、5μM(作用于LNCaP、22Rv1细胞系)或10μM(作用于PC3细胞系)浓度的CSN5i-3处理细胞48小时,随后制备样本用于RNA测序(RNA-seq)。实验整体设计旨在阐明CSN5抑制在人前列腺癌细胞中的作用机制,本次RNA测序数据通过Partek Flow完成分析。
