Extraction of community DNA from matrix samples 20 and 50 cm heighs of Mn-CWs and Control was performed using MOBIO PowerSand DNA Isolation Kit (MoBio Laboratories, Inc., Carlsbad, CA, USA). Samples at 20 cm and 50 cm heights were selected from Mn-CWs and Control for qPCR, and named Mn-20, Mn-50, Control-20 and Control-50, respectively.

本研究采用MOBIO PowerSand DNA提取试剂盒（MoBio Laboratories, Inc.，美国加利福尼亚州卡尔斯巴德市），从锰基人工湿地（Mn-CWs）和对照组中高度为20 cm与50 cm的基质样本中提取群落DNA。随后分别从Mn-CWs和对照组中选取上述高度的样本用于定量PCR（qPCR），并依次命名为Mn-20、Mn-50、Control-20及Control-50。
