metagenomics of medieval human remains from Sardinaia, Italy

Medieval skeletons from Sardinia in which Lesions indicative of pathologies were present were sampled and DNA extracted and sequenced by shotgun metagenomics in order to find evidence of a bacterial cause to the pathologies observed.
