Microbiome and Metatranscriptome Analyses of Upper Klamath Basin, Oregon

This project was designed to assess microbiome compositions and transcriptional activities in spawning habitats of endangered Sucker in Upper Klamath Basin. This habitats included Upper Klamath Lake, its tributaries and outlflow, surrounding reservoirs, and spring water.
