TRAceability and Counterfeit-medicine Evaluation across Jurisdictions (TRACE-X)

TRACE-X-Bench is a synthetic pharmaceutical supply-chain benchmark developed to support reproducible research on counterfeit-medicine detection, supply-chain traceability, and blockchain-based pharmaceutical security. The dataset models the pharmaceutical distribution networks of Saudi Arabia (SFDA) and Pakistan (DRAP) and was created because real transaction-level pharmaceutical traceability data are commercially confidential and unavailable for public research. The dataset contains 1,201,800 supply-chain transactions, 60,000 production batches, 2,048 supply-chain entities, and 300 medicines. It includes manufacturing, quality testing, packaging, warehousing, transportation, distribution, pharmacy receipt, and sales events, together with IoT sensor measurements, blockchain hash-chain fields, regulatory compliance information, and fraud annotations. Fraud is generated before any observable evidence to eliminate target leakage and includes counterfeit, diversion, fake QR, tampering, cold-chain violations, unauthorized manufacturing, duplicate batches, theft, and relabeling scenarios. The benchmark also incorporates hard-negative examples, masked fraud, and missing-not-at-random sensor failures to emulate realistic operational conditions.
