Ini1 ChIP-ChIP from HeLaS3 Cells using the NimbleGen ENCODE Array; [unpublished]

Ini1 ChIP DNA was isolated from HeLaS3 cells and surveyed for binding in the ENCODE regions on NimbleGen ENCODE arrays. Use of this data requires permission from its producers. Keywords: ChIP-chip Ini1-ChIP DNA and reference ChIP DNA (background obtained with normal rabbit IgG) were isolated from untreated HeLaS3 cells. Combined Ini1 and reference ChIP DNA samples were hybridized to a NimbleGen ENCODE tiling array that contains overlapping 50nt oligonucleotide probes. The series is comprised of four biological replicates, hybridized separately to four arrays.

从HeLaS3细胞中分离得到Ini1染色质免疫共沉淀（ChIP）DNA，并在NimbleGen ENCODE芯片上检测其在ENCODE区域内的结合情况。使用本数据集需获得其制作方的授权。关键词：ChIP-chip、Ini1-ChIP DNA与对照ChIP DNA（对照ChIP DNA的背景信号通过正常兔免疫球蛋白G（IgG）获取）均从未经处理的HeLaS3细胞中分离得到。将混合后的Ini1 ChIP DNA与对照ChIP DNA样品，与包含重叠50nt寡核苷酸探针的NimbleGen ENCODE平铺芯片进行杂交。该数据集包含4个生物学重复样本，分别与4张芯片独立完成杂交。
