Comparison of gene expression across multiple tissues (heart, kidney, liver and lung) in WT pigs, 3KO.9TG pigs and PERVKO.3KO.9TG pigs

RNA-Seq analysis reveals constitutive expression of transgenes across multiple tissues (heart, kidney, liver and lung) and marginal perturbation on the porcine transcriptome of 3KO·9TG pigs and PERVKO·3KO·9TG pigs.

通过RNA测序（RNA-Seq）分析发现，转基因（transgenes）在心脏、肾脏、肝脏及肺脏等多种组织中呈现组成型表达，且3KO·9TG猪与PERVKO·3KO·9TG猪的猪转录组（porcine transcriptome）仅受到轻度扰动。
