Predictive prioritization of functional enhancers in human pancreas cells [HiChIP]

We mapped enhancer-promoter interactions genome-wide in purified human pancreas cell types Overall design: We performed HiChIP using the H3K27ac antibody to identify enhancer-promoter interactions in pancreatic alpha, beta, delta, acinar and duct cells, isolated and purified from organ donors. We followed the protocol described in Mumbach et al (PMID: 27643841)

本研究在从器官供体中分离纯化得到的人胰腺各亚型细胞中，完成了全基因组范围的增强子-启动子相互作用（enhancer-promoter interactions）图谱绘制。
实验设计概述：我们使用组蛋白H3第27位乙酰化（H3K27ac）抗体开展HiChIP实验，以鉴定胰腺α细胞、β细胞、δ细胞、腺泡细胞及导管细胞中的增强子-启动子相互作用，上述细胞均从器官供体中分离纯化获得。本实验严格遵循Mumbach等人发表于PubMed编号27643841的实验方案进行。
