1The weight for the following influences were fixed: MLCK-p-MLC, MLC-pho - p-MLC, calcium uptake and Ca-pump work (calcium - calcium), calcium release from Cai2+-CaM (Ca-CaM – Ca i2+), Ca-CaM – MLCK, Ca-CaM dissociation (Ca-CaM - Ca-CaM), MLCK-Ca-CaM dissociation (MLCK - Ca-CaM).

下述各影响因素的权重均已固定：肌球蛋白轻链激酶-磷酸化肌球蛋白轻链（MLCK-p-MLC）、肌球蛋白轻链磷酸化-磷酸化肌球蛋白轻链（MLC-pho-p-MLC）、钙摄取与钙泵功能（钙-钙）、从Cai2+-钙调蛋白（Calmodulin, CaM）复合物中释放的钙离子（Ca-CaM – Ca²+）、Ca²+-CaM复合物与肌球蛋白轻链激酶（Myosin Light Chain Kinase, MLCK）的相互作用、Ca²+-CaM复合物的解离（Ca-CaM - Ca-CaM）以及肌球蛋白轻链激酶与Ca²+-CaM复合物的解离（MLCK - Ca-CaM）。
