相较于经阴性对照小干扰RNA（siControl, siCon）处理的C2C12细胞，经Wdr62靶向小干扰RNA（siWdr62）处理的C2C12细胞中心粒数量增多。其中，中心粒由绿色荧光标记的中心蛋白（Centrin）标示，中心体则由红色荧光标记的γ-微管蛋白（gamma-tubulin）标示。所有细胞均经4',6-二脒基-2-苯基吲哚（DAPI）复染，细胞核呈现蓝色荧光。
