This study investigates the microbial community structures in both suspended sludge and biofilm attached to carriers in an anaerobic/oxic moving bed biofilm reactor (A/O MBBR) treating synthetic wastewater. Two external carbon sources, methanol and food waste condensate (FWC), were applied to assess their influence on microbial diversity. High-throughput 16S rRNA gene sequencing was conducted to compare the bacterial communities in different carbon source conditions and biomass types, and to evaluate the resulting denitrification performance.

本研究针对处理合成废水的厌氧/好氧移动床生物膜反应器(A/O MBBR),探究其内悬浮污泥与载体附着生物膜中的微生物群落结构。本研究设置甲醇与餐厨垃圾渗滤液(FWC)两种外加碳源,以评估二者对微生物多样性的影响。采用高通量16S rRNA基因测序技术,对比不同碳源条件及不同生物聚集体类型下的细菌群落组成,并评价其脱氮性能。
