Original confocal microscopy z-stacks for all embryos in the study (in Zeiss .lsm format). Corresponding segmented images (as .tiff files), as well as raw and corrected data tables with the data extracted from the segmented images are provided.
本研究中所有胚胎的原始共聚焦显微镜Z轴堆叠图像（采用蔡司（Zeiss）.lsm格式存储）。同时提供对应的分割图像（保存为.tiff格式文件），以及从分割图像中提取得到的原始数据表格与校正后数据表格。
