Analysis of differences and similarities of gene expression among AD-involved, AD-uninvolved and normal skins. Microarray analysis is performed to find out genes characteristic of AD and classified those genes according to expression patterns. Overall design: Total RNA samples were extracted from frozen skin biopsy specimens and hybridized with Affymetrix GeneChip HG-U133A microarrays.

本研究开展特应性皮炎（Atopic Dermatitis，AD）受累皮肤、AD未受累皮肤与正常皮肤的基因表达差异及相似性分析。通过微阵列（Microarray）分析筛选AD特征性基因，并依据表达模式对这些基因进行分类。总体实验设计如下：从冰冻皮肤活检标本中提取总RNA样本，将其与Affymetrix GeneChip HG-U133A微阵列进行杂交。
