ARID1A突变型膀胱癌依赖磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)信号通路,且对zeste基因增强子同源物2(EZH2)抑制剂及/或PI3K抑制剂敏感。应考虑针对经分子标志物筛选的患者开展相关临床试验。本数据集包含对RT112细胞针对ARID1A与组蛋白H3赖氨酸4三甲基化(H3K4me3)开展的三次生物学重复的靶向切割与核酸酶释放法(Cleavage Under Targets & Release Using Nuclease)实验。
