本数据集以我国北方典型的电子垃圾拆解地天津静海县子牙电子垃圾拆解地为研究区域,在2015年对子牙电子垃圾拆解地进行采样,在采样的土壤中筛取HBCD降解菌GJY,进行三种非对映异构体相关降解实验。对HBCD的降解产物进行HPLC-MS检测并进行降解途径的推测获得降解路径图。数据集共226KB。

This dataset uses the Ziya e-waste dismantling site in Jinghai County, Tianjin, a typical e-waste dismantling area in northern China, as its study site. Sampling was conducted at this site in 2015. The HBCD-degrading bacterium GJY was isolated from the sampled soil, and degradation experiments targeting its three diastereomers were carried out. The degradation products of HBCD were detected via HPLC-MS, and the degradation pathway was inferred to obtain the corresponding degradation pathway map. The total size of this dataset is 226 KB.
