SLIC tile label composition features for human synovial histology 02

This dataset contains SLIC superpixel–based tile features derived from semantic segmentation results of hematoxylin and eosin-stained whole-slide images of human synovial tissue. Each file corresponds to a single case and provides the relative proportions of histological labels within each SLIC tile, These features were used as input node attributes for graph construction and downstream graph neural network–based analysis of synovial tissue architecture. This record corresponds to Part 2 of the SLIC tile feature collection.
