Statistical performance of V-PATCH and fixed thresholds.

VPATCH and fixed thresholds using raw and normalized score were used to compare performance. Results are shown for (R) recall, (P) precision, the (F1) F1 score and (MCC) Matthews correlation coefficientStatistical performance of V-PATCH and fixed thresholds.本研究采用VPATCH方法及基于原始分数与归一化分数的固定阈值方案开展性能对比实验。实验结果以召回率（recall，R）、精确率（precision，P）、F1分数（F1 score，F1）以及马修斯相关系数（Matthews correlation coefficient，MCC）的形式呈现，同时给出了V-PATCH与固定阈值方法的统计性能结果。
