Cobre Connectomes

Cobre Connectomes in three different flavors: * as gzipped pickles (python) * as .mat files (matlab) * as .npy save files (npy) There is one file per connectome that contains the 2D connectome with subjects stacked in the 3rd dimension. The order of the subjects is the same as in the file subjects.txtCobre连接组（Cobre Connectomes）提供三种不同格式的版本： * gzip压缩的Pickle序列化文件（gzipped pickles） * MATLAB .mat格式文件（.mat files） * NumPy .npy格式保存文件（.npy save files） 每个连接组对应一个文件，其中存储了将被试沿第三维度堆叠的二维连接组数据。被试的排列顺序与subjects.txt文件中的顺序一致。
