Confocal imaging of developing fly brain labeling lov+ PNs and 91G04+ PNs: Fly 3

This dataset is part of a fly brain imaging experiment describing dendrite targeting of projection neurons at neuronal type-specific resolution across development. Here, we labeled lov+ PNs and DC2 PNs (91G04+) with GFP and Halo, respectively and examined their dendrite targeting in the developing fly brain.

本数据集源自一项果蝇脑成像实验，该实验刻画了发育全过程中以神经元类型特异性分辨率解析的投射神经元(projection neurons)树突靶向特征。本研究分别以绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)和Halo标签(HaloTag)标记lov阳性投射神经元(lov+ PNs)与DC2阳性投射神经元(91G04+ PNs)，并对发育中的果蝇脑内二者的树突靶向情况进行了观测分析。
