Hu sheep, East Friensian sheep, and East Friensian*Hu Crossbreed sheep rumen microbiome

The sample was Hu sheep East Friensian sheep, and East Friensian*Hu Crossbreed sheep F1 rumen contect each for 6 sheep. All sheep was housed in Inner mongolia Shengle biotechnology company in Hohhot , China. All animals were housed in the experimental farm of the Inner Mongolia Shengle biotechnology company and were around 1 month of age male and fed hay and extender for fodder and had ad libitum access to water and mineral salt.

试验样品采集自6只湖羊（Hu sheep）、6只东弗里生羊（East Friesian sheep）以及6只东弗里生羊与湖羊的F1代杂交羊的瘤胃内容物（rumen content）。所有试验羊均饲养于中国内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市盛乐生物技术有限公司的试验牧场，受试羊均为约1月龄的公羔，饲喂干草与饲料补充料，可自由饮水并自由摄取矿物盐。
