Island, archipelago, plate, mountain and point labeling dataset

Most accurate island shoreline vector dataset currently available, adjusted from Sayre et al. (2019), tectonic plates adjusted from Bird (2003), island point data from Weigelt et al. (2013), the complete geoNames point location dataset (2023) and the GMBA Mountain Inventory v2 from Snethlage et al. (2022) to be used as labeling datasets for identified polygons/features by the TABS R-package. The datasets are stored using the geopackage data format and all use the reference system WGS84, SRID 4326. The zip includes two files (reference.gpkg, mountains.gpkg) where "reference" includes all island datasets and geoNames and "mountains" contains the GMBA mountain inventory.Tables in <b>reference.gpkg</b>Sayre et al. (2019): <br><br><b>islands</b>Global shoreline vector and integrates all named islands (All_BI_Named_2) and small islands (global_islands_outputs.gdb). The mainland geometry is split and stored in a separate table (continents).<b>continents/continents_metadata</b>Mainland geometries provided by the global shoreline vector (global_islands_outputs.gdb). The data were pre-processed to make the geometries easily queryable by subdividing the continents into smaller and manageable polygons. 本数据集为当前可获取的最高精度岛屿岸线矢量数据集，基于Sayre等（2019）的研究成果调整优化；其中构造板块数据集源自Bird（2003）并完成构造修正，岛屿点位数据取自Weigelt等（2013）的成果，完整的geoNames点位数据集（2023）以及Snethlage等（2022）发布的GMBA山地名录v2，均可作为TABS R包识别多边形/地物的标注数据集。
本数据集采用地理数据包（geopackage）格式存储，全部采用WGS84坐标系（SRID 4326）。压缩包包含两个文件：reference.gpkg与mountains.gpkg，其中「reference」涵盖全部岛屿数据集与geoNames数据，「mountains」则包含GMBA山地名录数据集。

<b>reference.gpkg 内的数据表</b>

Sayre等（2019）相关数据表：
**islands（多边形）**：全球岸线矢量数据集，整合了所有命名岛屿（All_BI_Named_2）与小型岛屿数据集（global_islands_outputs.gdb）。大陆几何已被拆分并存储于单独的continents表中。
**continents/continents_metadata**：大陆几何源自全球岸线矢量数据集（global_islands_outputs.gdb），为提升查询效率，已通过将大陆划分为若干小型可管理多边形完成预处理。continents_metadata表包含与原始大陆几何相关的所有记录（即澳大利亚、非洲、南美洲、北美洲、欧亚大陆）。
**lu_land_type**：土地类型查找表，包含Sayre等（2019）定义的三类土地类型：1代表大陆、2代表大型岛屿、3代表小型岛屿。
**lu_country_code**：国家代码查找表。

Bird（2003）相关数据表：
**plates（多边形）**：不同构造板块的几何数据。本数据集是对Bird（2003）原论文中发布数据集的转换版本，由Hugo Ahlenius、Nordpil与Peter Bird提供，遵循开放数据 Commons 署名许可协议（Open Data Commons Attribution License）：http://opendatacommons.org/licenses/by/1.0/。

Weigelt等（2013）相关数据表：
**islanddata（点位）**：未做任何修改的Weigelt等（2013）发布的全球岛屿生物气候与物理特征点位数据集。
**archipelago（多边形）**：通过计算每个群岛的点集凸包，从Weigelt等（2013）的数据中推导得到的群岛几何数据集。
**archipelago_country**：通过计算每个群岛-国家的点集凸包，从Weigelt等（2013）的数据中推导得到的群岛-国家几何数据集。

geoNames相关数据表：
**reference_points（点位）**：可用于标注地物的点位几何数据，源自geoNames托管的allCountries.zip数据集。
**lu_feature_class**：geoNames数据中识别出的地物类别，包括：
A：国家、州、地区等
H：河流、湖泊等
L：公园、区域等
P：城市、村庄等
R：道路、铁路等
S：点位、建筑、农场等
T：山地、丘陵、岩石等
U：海底
V：森林、灌丛等
**lu_feature_code**：geoNames数据中每个地物类别的特征代码（共681个）。

Snethlage等（2022）相关数据表：
**mountains_broad / mountains_standard**：Snethlage等（2022）发布的GMBA山地名录v2，包含宽泛层级与标准层级的山脉范围数据集。本数据集已导入geopackage格式，仅修正了部分无效符号，未做其他修改。
