In depth mapping of DNA-PKcs and ATM kinase signaling responses to double strand breaks.

In depth analysis of double strand break signaling was performed using mouse Pre-B cells and Human HCT116 cells. Our analysis included the induction of double strand breaks with ionizing radiation with the addition of ATM and DNA-PKcs inhibitors, alone and in combination.

本研究采用小鼠前B细胞（mouse Pre-B cells）与人类HCT116细胞系，针对DNA双链断裂信号转导（double strand break signaling）展开了深度分析。本次分析涵盖了通过电离辐射诱导DNA双链断裂，并分别单独及联合施加ATM与DNA-PKcs抑制剂的实验环节。
