scRNA-sequencing of mouse meningeal T cells

The purpose of this experiment is to examine the cellular and molecular differences between MAIT cells and traditional CD4/CD8 T cells in the meninges of 7 month old C57BL/6 mice. We used the 10X Genomics platform to prepare scRNA-seq libraries to examine the transcriptomes between MAITs and CD4 or CD8 T cells in the meningeal tissue of 7-month old mice.
