In this study the most frequent carbapenem-resistant strains (ST 147 Klebsiella pneumoniae and ST 823 and ST 235 Pseudomonas aeruginosa) isolated mainly from hospital wastewater in the HyReKA project were sequenced. Core genome MLST was used to demonstrate the presence of these clones from the patients rooms, in the wastewater and in some cases even in in the effluent of the wastewater treatment plant.

本研究对HyReKA项目中主要从医院废水分离得到的高流行碳青霉烯类耐药菌株(序列型147(Sequence Type 147)肺炎克雷伯菌、序列型823与序列型235铜绿假单胞菌)完成了测序。本研究采用核心基因组多位点序列分型(Core genome MLST)技术,证实上述克隆株不仅存在于患者病房与医院废水环境中,在部分案例中甚至可在污水处理厂的出水样本中检出。
