This study performed mRNA sequencing on 18 samples of fracture combined with thrombosis and 18 fracture samples, and identified differentially expressed genes between fracture and fracture combined with thrombosis groups. Biomarkers were screened through PPI network and machine learning, and the biological pathways involved by these biomarkers were analyzed. A ceRNA network was constructed to explore potential biomarkers and their mechanisms of action in fracture combined with thrombosis.

本研究针对18例骨折合并血栓形成样本与18例单纯骨折样本开展mRNA测序(mRNA sequencing),鉴定得到骨折组与骨折合并血栓组之间的差异表达基因(differentially expressed genes)。随后通过PPI(Protein-Protein Interaction,蛋白-蛋白相互作用)网络与机器学习方法筛选生物标志物,并分析这些标志物所参与的生物学通路。最后构建内源竞争RNA(competing endogenous RNA, ceRNA)网络,以探究骨折合并血栓形成中的潜在生物标志物及其作用机制。
