Database Mental Health of Nurses Three Years Post Corona Virus Outbreak In Lebanon

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic mental health of nurses has been directly impacted. Through measuring levels of anxiety, depression, and PTSD, the study aims to assess the mental health of nurses three years after the COVID-19 outbreak. Nurses reported a substantial impact on their mental health due to the pandemic, emphasizing the urgent need for evidence-based leadership interventions.

在COVID-19疫情期间，护士的心理健康受到了直接影响。本研究通过测量焦虑、抑郁及创伤后应激障碍（PTSD）的水平，旨在评估COVID-19疫情暴发三年后护士的心理健康状况。护士报告称疫情对其心理健康产生了显著影响，强调了对循证领导力干预措施的迫切需求。
