本研究采用下一代测序(Next-Generation Sequencing, NGS)技术对人类全基因组进行检测,涵盖环状RNA(circular RNA, circRNA)、长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)以及信使RNA(messenger RNA, mRNA)。我们在甲状腺乳头状癌(Papillary thyroid cancer, PTC)患者中发现了大量表达上调与下调的环状RNA。总体实验设计:通过Illumina HiSeq 4000平台进行深度测序,获取了5名甲状腺乳头状癌患者与5名健康志愿者的循环环状RNA表达谱。
