NGS was performed to detect whole human genome，including circRNA,lncRNA and mRNA. We found many upregulated and downregulated circRNAs in PTC patients. 本研究采用下一代测序（Next-Generation Sequencing, NGS）技术对人类全基因组进行检测，涵盖环状RNA（circular RNA, circRNA）、长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA, lncRNA）以及信使RNA（messenger RNA, mRNA）。我们在甲状腺乳头状癌（Papillary thyroid cancer, PTC）患者中发现了大量表达上调与下调的环状RNA。总体实验设计：通过Illumina HiSeq 4000平台进行深度测序，获取了5名甲状腺乳头状癌患者与5名健康志愿者的循环环状RNA表达谱。
