Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of fetal DNA-methylation levels in 47 chorionic villi (CVS) and 16 amniotic cell (AC) samples. The Illumina Infinium 27k Human DNA methylation Beadchip was used to determine DNA methylation profiles across approximately 27,578 CpGs in fetal samples. Overall design: Bisulphite converted DNA from the 61 samples were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium 27k Human Methylation Beadchip (2 sample in duplicate pairs)
本数据集针对47例绒毛膜绒毛(CVS,chorionic villi)样本及16例羊水细胞(AC,amniotic cell)样本开展全基因组DNA甲基化谱分析,测定胎儿样本的DNA甲基化水平。研究采用Illumina Infinium 27k人类DNA甲基化微珠芯片(Illumina Infinium 27k Human DNA methylation Beadchip),对覆盖胎儿样本中约27578个CpG位点的DNA甲基化谱进行检测。实验整体设计:将61例样本经亚硫酸氢盐转化后的DNA与Illumina Infinium 27k人类甲基化微珠芯片进行杂交,其中2份样本设置了重复配对检测。
