Fungi are sensitive indicators of water condition. We used high-throughput sequencing of fungal composition in Poyang watershed to analyze the detailed variance between six lakes under different anthropogenic factors- Dahuchi Lake (sub-lake in natural preserve), Shahu Lake (sub-lake in natural preserve), Nanhu Lake (sub-lake out of natural preserve), Zhelinhu Lake (artificial reservior), Sixiahu Lake (agricultural lake) and Qianhu Lake (urban lake).

真菌是水环境状况的敏感指示生物。本研究采用高通量测序(high-throughput sequencing)技术分析鄱阳湖水系中的真菌群落组成,以此分析六种受不同人为因素影响的湖泊间的详细差异,涉及的湖泊包括:大池湖(Dahuchi Lake,自然保护区内子湖泊)、沙湖(Shahu Lake,自然保护区内子湖泊)、南湖(Nanhu Lake,自然保护区外子湖泊)、柘林湖(Zhelinhu Lake,人工水库)、六峡湖(Sixiahu Lake,农业湖泊)以及前湖(Qianhu Lake,城市湖泊)。
