为探究不同等电点的成纤维细胞生长因子(Fibroblast Growth Factor, FGF)在不同pH值创面中的应用效应,本研究制备了系列不同pH值的甲基丙烯酸明胶(GelMA)水凝胶,以维持创面微环境的pH恒定,并在该水凝胶中负载酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(acidic Fibroblast Growth Factor, aFGF)与碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic Fibroblast Growth Factor, bFGF)。不同等电点的FGF可对创面愈合过程造成不同程度的干扰。整体实验设计:本研究随后基于7组共21只小鼠的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据,开展了基因表达谱分析。
