"The Prevalence of Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 4/6 Inhibitors Induced Rashes Among Females with Breast Cancer" Datasheet

Cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 4/6 inhibitors including palbociclib, ribociclib, and abemaciclib, are used for treating advanced breast cancer in combination with anti-hormonal therapy and can lead to cutaneous adverse events (cAEs). This retrospective single-center cross-sectional study conducted at the Princess Noorah Oncology Center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, investigated the prevalence of cAEs in female breast cancer patients treated with CDK 4/6 inhibitors. Using electronic medical records, data was collected and analyzed for cAE prevalence, phenotype, treatment outcomes, and risk factors.
